We have almost all handmade and personalize products so we return only in case of transit damage of product and if you get a different product.
How can I return products if I got a different product?
You need to mail or Whatsapp us that you got a different product then we will arrange a return shipping for you and send your product. Mail us at email@example.com and Whatsapp us on 9079043696.
What if the product get damage in transit?
If the product get damage in shipping contact us immediately and don't forget to take video and pictures of damaged product. We will reply you back in 12 hours and solve the issue. We will send a new product to you or refund the money if it's applicable. You need to let us know about this in a week.
